Abstract

This paper presents the results of the study which was dane to produce the video "Teacher, this is your deaf student speaking"; it te/Is how deaf students were interviewed and how their reports underwent classification, generating material used to develop the film script. The objective of the project was to produce an animated video so as to offer the school resource material to help teachers think about inclusion of the deaf. The scenes intend to represent the complexities of inclusion from the deaf students' point of view, as a means of sensitizing teachers to this issue.
