DEVELOPMENT OF A POWDERED POULTRY MEAT NUTRITIONAL FOOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF FEED INTOLERANT INFANTS

This study was carried out in order to develop an Ênfant formula, nutritionally balanced, in which powdered poultry breast meat was used as protein source, to be available for the treatment of feed intolerance, specially in protracted diarrhea. Such formula was developed according to the "Codex Alimentarius’' and the microbiological standards established by National Division of Feed Sanitary Fiscalization, Brazil.
