Padrões eletrencefalográficos ligados às epilepsias benignas parciais da infância

Foi pesquisada a ocorrência de patrões eletroencefalográficos mais comumente observados nas Epilepsias Benignas Parciais da Infância, em 413 pacientes, de 3 a 15 anos de idade, examinados no serviço de eletrencefalógrafa do Hospital e maternidade Celso Pierro da Puccamp. Cento e dezoito crianças apresentaram epilepsia e 44 tinha crise única não jeito. Pontas centrais d ou temporárias médicas, apresentam em 27 casos e foram frequentemente nas crianças com epilepsias (15,2%) do que nas com outras queixas (3,(FX,) . O diagnóstico de Epilepsia Benigna da Infância com Pontas cento-temporais foi jeito em 14 casos (11,8% dos pacientes com epilepsia). três crianças (2,4%) apresentaram Epilepsia da infância com paroxismo Occipitais. Pontas evocadas por estímulos somatossenssoriais foram observadas em quatro casos, saldo a epilepsia relatada em três deles. Nosso estudo mostra que as epilepsias Benignas da Infância são relativamente frequentes. Tal achado reveste-se de grande importância pratica às implicações de ordem terapêutica e prognóstica.
