Jaundice as the first manifestation of non-Hodykin 's lymphoma: case report with autopsy

It is an anatonloclinical study of a patient with coronary heart disease Who presented jaundice as the first manifestation of non-Hodgkin 's Lymphoma. The histopathological study' showed lymphoma in lymph nodes, spleen and liver. The liver infiltration was portal, with portal triads compression and intense cholestasis in center lobular region. Jaundice is an uncommon clinical manifestation in non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma, and the serum total bilirubin levels over 51ng/dl occurs only in 0.7% of the cases. The liver histopathological findings and the intrahepatic cholestasis is debated.
