Bone seatures in falciform anemy

The authors reporte a case of a 12 year old boy with sickte cells anemia and with a great variety alterations of bone secundary. Some of the physiophatologics aspects are discussed, with special attention to the bone manifestations which sometimes can be the fIrst clinical manifestation.
