Abstract

The present study objetives to con$rm this concept investigating 521 nuctei of the nodal primordium and myocardium cells of fIve human embryos with age between 35 to 50 days. The investigation shows: 1 st. AII cells of nodat primordium have nuclear volume larger than myocardium cells ; 2 nd. The histological difference between the cells in human embryo with 7 .5 mmCR (35 days) did not have statistic signifrcance, but in other human embrIos the nuclear volume of the nodal
primordium cells had larger significance than miocardium cells around then; 3rd. The nuclear volume of aU cells reduce with age.
