The heart disease does not happen very frequently with
pregnants. However, the physiological overloading of
cardiacat pump and the hemodynamic atterations caused b) the pregnancy cannot be disregarded. Considering the several controversial obstetrical proceedings and clinical treatments of the cardiopathical pregnant, this study makes
a review of different cardiacal pathologies , its therapeutical, anesthetics and obstetrical approaches to the assistence of prenatal care.
