The fever presence and the study of its clinical character ist ics carl help on the differerltiate diagnostic in the reumatic diseases. generally distinguislting two groups: the group of the inflamatory diseases (feverish), and the group of the no inpamalory diseases (no feverish), The feverish group shows clinical diferences about the inlensity. frequency, duration and the appearance schedule. This important propedeutic clinical sinal, in association with articular manifestations (arthratgia, arthritis), or extra articular manifestations
(limphnodepathy, cutaneos changes, oftalmologic changes and others), lead more easily to a better diagnostic of the reuntat ic patient.
