The author recommends a patient complete attendance, started by the clinician, who is the most qualified professional to do a complete evaluation of the whole organism. This recommendation is based on a study of 194 cases with diagnoses observed in post-mortem examination. Results showed the importance of the organization and rationalization of patients attendance to the efficiency and accuracy of the diagnosis. They also proved that the first examination of the patient by an experienced clinician is better than one realized by a specialist.
