Aspects related to drug and alcohol testing in the workplace

Control and prevention programs of drug and alcohol use in the working environment began to be established in the last decades as a way of enhancing safety and productivity in this place, reducing the widespread use of drugs in society and, consequently, improving life 's quali0'. However, it is necessary to do a previous discussion about ethical, moral and legal issues and elaborate strict procedures, from workers selection to proper methods of drug testing, excluding any wrong interpretation of test results.
