Case report of a patient with nephrotic syndrome by membranous glomerulonephritis, Who developed systemic thrombosis (arterial and venous), except in the renal veins. Notice that it is described the hypercoagulation status. However, the literature reports show that the renal and pulmonary veins and not the arteries are the common place where the thrombosis phenomenon occurs.
