The proposal of this article is to move the health professionals, trying to establish a compromise in the practice of their activities with the patients without cure possibilities. It refers to refining the think, the act (procedures) and the practice of the people involved in the process of the terminal patients care, intending to promote an attendance with dignity and a careful behavior that joins the health group, the patient and the family.
