DIFFUSE ALVEOLAR HEMORRHAGE IN A PATIENT WITH ISOLATED PULMONARY VASCULITIS: CASE REPORT WITH NECROPSY
Keywords:
pulmonary vasculitis, diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, necropsy, respiratory insufficiencyAbstract
This study correlates clinical aspects of a case of respiratory failure in a patient with isolated pulmonary vasculitis and diffuse alveolar hemorrhage with necroscopic findings and researched literature. In this case there was no clinical or serological evidence of autoimmune disease. The rare condition of isolated pulmonary vasculitis with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage was discussed, in addition to the anatomo-clinical comparison allowed by necropsy.
