We report the first case of a ma!ignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor with rhabdomyoblastic differentiation ("triton tumor") induced by radiotherapy for prostate cancer with pelvic lymph nade metastasis, with a short latency period and poor clinica! outcome. The patient died and necropsy revea/ed multiple metastases in the lungs, liver, diaphragm and mesocolon.
