Congenital coronary arteriopenosus fistula and myocardial ischemia

A 68-years-old woman developed coronary insufficiency by arterio-venosus coronary fistula. The cineangiocoronariography repealed a communication between the left anterior descending coronary arteries and coronary sinus. The possibility of this uncommon form ofacute myocardial ischemia and treatment are discussed.
