Angiomiofibroblastoma da vulva

Resumo

O angiomiofibroblastoma é tumor benigno raro que se localiza com maior freqüência na vulva e vagina, e apresenta positividade imuno-histoquímica para desmina, vimentina, receptores de estrogênio e CD34. Descrevemos o caso de uma primigesta, no terceiro trimestre gestacional, apresentando lesão vulvar pedunculada indolor em lábio maior esquerdo, tratada por exérese com laser de CO2. Análises anatomopatológicas e imuno-histoquímica diagnosticaram angiomiofibroblastoma vulvar. Por ser comum a confusão diagnóstica com outros tumores benignos e com o angiomixoma agressivo, o diagnóstico diferencial das neoplasias vulvares representa importante desafio e se torna essencial para a aplicação do tratamento adequado a cada entidade.
