La promesse des langues
Keywords:
Messianism, promise, language, Jacques DerridaAbstract
The idea of a messianism of languages, of a future and of a justice that they could bare the promise, is not evident. This idea supposes that the most common and resistant conception must be « deconstructed », a conception according to which a language is a « communication instrument, which domain and possession allow us to communicate our thoughts to those who, minimally, share one or another – that is, those who are susceptible to belong to the same linguistic community ». The present work is devoted to the deconstruction of these false evidences, before gathering Jacques Derrida’s thought.
