FATOS EMPÍRICOS
Abstract
In this paper it is argued for the ilegitimacy of arguments developed in order to prove the inexistence of empirical facts - which are those existing in the real world. At least the facts indicated by affirmative observacional statements are real states-of-affairs. The Author suggests that the belief that all facts have the status of what is said by true sentences has its origin in an unsuitabte generalisation of what should occur in the case of non-empirical facts (formal, negative, conditional, etc.).
