Os autores apresentam dois casos de aneurisma do septo interatrial, um associado apequena comunicação interatrial em criança assintomática e um segundo sem nenhuma patologia associada cujos diagnósticos foram feito pelo ecodopplercardiograma. Os casos foram comparados com a literatura sobre o assunto.
