Resumen

Ao nível entre a primeira e a segunda bolsa faríngea aparece na face ventral da linha mediana da faringe um divertículo endodérmico em forma de saco (saco tireóideo) que destina-se a dar origem ao parênquima da glândula tireóide representa o primeiro derivado glandular da faringe.
