Nevertheless, since such an idea is not very clear, this possiblity in cable TVs has allowed neophytes from the tops of the social pyramid, those who control programmig, to have the power over this kind of channels. The control of the form anel contents of the community TVs should be in the hands of the society, definitely eliminating such a contrai from the hands of ali politicians, class and entreprene urs associations.
